OpEd: Busway Could Be Connecticut’s Metro or T

Writing for the opinion section of The Sunday Hartford Courant, Christiaan Hogendorn, associate professor of economics, and Joyce Jacobsen, Andrews Professor of Economics, suggest that the proposed busway between Hartford and New Britain could provide a rapid transit option linking two significant job and housing markets, and lay the foundation for additional busways to other parts of the state.
