Spring Fling is an annual celebration held after the end of regular classes on Foss Hill. Spring Fling began in 1975, when Brian Auger and the Oblivion Express and the John Payne Quartet played for crowds during reading week. It was dubbed "Spring Fling" in 1977. Flora & Fauna, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon and Wavves also performed during Spring Fling.
