ITS employees staffed information booths and spoke with Wesleyan staff from other departments about their services. Participants learned about new and emerging technologies that ITS will be introducing in the coming year. Information was provided on the anatomy of a software request, Blackboard analytics, desktop support, study abroad applications, lynda.com, new calendar software, GoToMeeting, the Wesleyan Financial System (WSF), spring 2015 pre-registration planning enhancements and more. Guests receive a demonstration of GoToMeeting. ITS staff also showcased the new Docfinity implementation, Wesleyan’s wireless campus initiative and the Cascade Migration project completed in 2014.
