Wesleyan’s Department of Romance Languages and Literatures hosted a Dégustation de Frommages (Cheese Tasting) Feb. 17.
Wesleyan French alumna Ruth Lazenby ’10 led the démonstration et dégustation en français and taught participants about the fabrication and production of cheese.Lazenby also spoke about the political and geographical significance of cheese.During the tasting, students compared French cheeses with American cheeses.
