Middlebury came into the game ranked 4th in the country. Wesleyan was 17th. Long-pole middie Gabe Kelley '11 scooped up six ground balls during the game. Matt Ward '09 won 12 of 19 faceoffs. Russ Follansbee '09 scored three goals and had three assists. Goalie Mike Borrero '09 turned aside 16 Panther scoring bids.
